The TSB Travels website is provided so that you may check availability, request quotes and make legitimate travel bookings. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent enquiry or booking.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you supply to us, including names, dates, contact details and travel document details.

TSB Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other travel service providers ("Travel Service Providers"). The travel services themselves are supplied by those providers, and your booking is additionally governed by their own terms — including airline conditions of carriage, fare rules, hotel house rules and package operator conditions ("Additional Terms").

You agree to read and abide by the Additional Terms applicable to your booking. Fare rules set by airlines are not controlled by us.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the name on your ticket matches your passport or government-issued photo ID exactly. Name changes are generally not permitted once a ticket is issued; correcting a spelling may require cancelling and rebooking at the then-current fare.

• Check-in times, baggage allowances and airport requirements are set by the airline and may change without notice.
• Connecting flights booked as separate tickets are each subject to their own rules and fees.
• Seat, meal, baggage and frequent flyer requests are passed on to the provider but can never be guaranteed by us.

You are solely responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, transit permits, and any health or vaccination documents required for your itinerary. Requirements differ by nationality and can change at short notice. TSB Travels is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry for want of correct documentation, and no refund is payable in such cases.

All prices quoted are indicative until a booking is confirmed and payment is received in full. Fares, hotel rates and package prices are live and can change at any time before ticketing. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may exclude airline-imposed fees, resort fees, local taxes and optional extras.

A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation containing a booking reference or ticket number. An enquiry submitted through our website is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Occasionally an incorrect price may be displayed or quoted due to a technical or human error. Where this happens, we will notify you and either honour the correct price with your consent, or cancel the booking and refund every amount you have paid to us. This is your sole remedy in the event of a pricing error.

Payment must be made by the deadline stated in your quote or booking confirmation. If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back or flagged for fraud, we may cancel the booking without liability. For security reasons we may ask you to verify your identity or your payment method before ticketing.

Airlines and hotels may change schedules, equipment, routings or room categories for reasons outside our control, including weather, technical issues, crew availability and civil disruption. Where we are informed of a change, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and to find a suitable alternative subject to the provider's availability and rules. TSB Travels is not liable for such changes or for any consequential loss.

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms, and by the Additional Terms of the relevant Travel Service Provider. Service fees charged by TSB Travels are non-refundable.

If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us, we may suspend or cancel the associated booking and recover any resulting costs. Please raise any billing concern with us first — most issues are resolved the same day.

All content on this website — text, layout, imagery, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to TSB Travels and may not be copied, reproduced, scraped or redistributed without our written permission.

• Using automated tools to scrape, mine or overload the website.
• Making speculative, fraudulent or duplicate bookings.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or customer data.
• Misrepresenting your identity or acting on another person's behalf without authority.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TSB Travels, its owners, employees and agents against any claim, loss, cost or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSB Travels excludes all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability in relation to any booking shall not exceed the service fee we received for that booking. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By submitting an enquiry you consent to being contacted by TSB Travels by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp in relation to that enquiry and your bookings. Notices to us should be sent to the contact details below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. We ask that you contact us first so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to it. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
